Our Story
For six generations, the Larson family has been riding for the brand—working the land, raising good cattle, and taking care of the country that takes care of us. Back in the day, our ranch was one of the largest sheep and wool operations around. But when wild sheep were reintroduced to the Virgin River Gorge, we made the shift to cattle—a change that deepened our commitment to responsible stewardship.
We believe ranching isn’t just about raising cattle—it’s about keeping the land healthy for generations to come. That’s why we’ve spent decades restoring rangelands, improving grazing practices, and making sure our cattle and the wildlife that roam alongside them can thrive together. Our dedication to conservation earned national recognition in 2023 when the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) honored us with the Rangeland Stewardship Award—one of the highest honors given to ranchers who are leading the way in responsible land management.
These days, as more folks look to know their rancher and buy local, we’re proud to provide our premium Angus grass-fed, grain-finished beef straight from our ranch to families across Utah, Idaho, Arizona, California, and Nevada. Good beef starts with good stewardship, and we’re here to make sure both stand the test of time.
