Our Beef

Good beef starts with good stewardship, and at Larson Angus Beef, we take pride in raising cattle the right way. Our Angus cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, with no added hormones or antibiotics—just clean, quality beef the way it was meant to be. They spend their first year grazing freely on open pastures before we bring ‘em in to finish on a well-balanced diet of hay, corn, and local brewery grains for a minimum of 90 days. The brewery grains give our beef a unique, rich flavor you won’t find anywhere else. It’s that extra touch that makes all the difference in the world, adding a depth of taste and tenderness folks keep coming back for.

If you’re new to buying beef in bulk, we encourage you to research your processing options. We work with some of the finest butchers in the area, who are dedicated to cutting your beef just the way you want it. If you’re ordering a ¼ beef share, not all cuts may be available, but rest assured the butcher will do their best to meet your needs.
