What’s Included?

A ¼ beef share includes a mix of front and hindquarter cuts, but with limited customization options. If you’d like full processing options and the best value, we recommend finding a partner to split a ½ beef share.

On average, you’ll receive ~90 lbs of processed meat:

(Weights vary based on animal size and processing preferences.)

📦 Storage: Comes frozen in ~3 boxes and requires about 3 cubic feet of freezer space.

Processing & Payment

After reserving, we’ll send you a Processing Order Form with limited cut selections. Your beef is then aged, processed, frozen, and prepped for pickup or delivery.

📅 Final Invoice & Payment:

• The week prior to delivery/pickup, we will send a total invoice and confirm the date, time, and pickup location.
• Payment due at delivery via:
