½ Beef Share – Premium Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished Angus

Reserve your ½ share of premium Angus beef for $2,100, plus butcher/processing fees.

Our beef pricing is based on a 700 lb. hanging weight for the whole beef. If your beef has a hanging weight below 700 lbs., your beef cost will be prorated based on the actual hanging weight. Your ½ beef price will be based on the corresponding half of the actual hanging weight.

Processing typically averages $400 per half, depending on the final weight and your custom processing requests.

What’s Included?

A ½ beef share includes a balanced selection of cuts from both the front and hindquarter, giving you a great variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more.

On average, you can expect approximately 180 lbs. of packaged, processed beef, depending on the size of the animal and your processing selections.

Packaged meat weights will vary based on animal size, aging, trimming, and your processing preferences.

📦 Storage: Your beef will come frozen and boxed in approximately 6 boxes and will require about 6 cubic feet of freezer space.

Processing & Payment

After you reserve your beef, we’ll send you a Processing Order Form so you can choose your cuts and customize your order.

Your satisfaction is our priority! We are more than happy to walk you through the processing form, answer questions, and help you make decisions about your cuts and processing options. Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, we’re here to help make the process easy.

Your beef will then be aged, processed, frozen, boxed, and prepared for pickup or delivery.

Final Invoice & Payment

The week prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery, we will send your final invoice and confirm the date, time, and pickup or delivery location.

The remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup. We accept:

💳 Credit Card — 3% processing fee

Your $500 deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Pickup & Delivery Options

🚚 Cedar City Area & North

Customers in the Cedar City area and locations north of Cedar City can pick up their boxed beef directly from the butcher at their convenience during normal business hours.

📍 Southern Utah & I-15 Pickup Locations

For customers located south of Cedar City, we will arrange convenient pickup locations along the I-15 corridor, depending on where you are located. Possible pickup locations include:

• New Harmony Exit
• Toquerville Exit
• Hurricane Exit
• Washington Exit
• Mesquite
• Logandale
• Other convenient locations along the I-15 corridor as needed

🏠 St. George Area

For customers in the St. George area, we will make every effort to accommodate home delivery when possible.

📍 Las Vegas Area

Las Vegas area customers will meet us at our designated pickup location in the Las Vegas area. Pickup details, including the exact location, date, and time, will be provided when your beef is ready.

Pickup and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you before your beef is ready.
