What’s Included?

A full beef share includes both the front and hindquarter, giving you the best value and full customization options. On average, you’ll receive ~360 lbs of processed meat:

(Weights vary based on animal size and processing preferences.)

📦 Storage: Comes frozen in ~12 boxes and requires about 12 cubic feet of freezer space.

Processing & Payment

After reserving, we’ll send you a Processing Order Form to fully customize your cuts. Your beef is then aged, processed, frozen, and prepped for pickup or delivery.

📅 Final Invoice & Payment:

• The week prior to delivery/pickup, we will send a total invoice and confirm the date, time, and pickup location.
• Payment due at delivery via:
